According to CoinWorld.com, on March 17th, US local time, the US and Iran remotely signed a memorandum of understanding, which was personally signed by Trump and is now in effect. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bagaei stated that negotiations on nuclear issues and sanctions will begin within 60 days of the memorandum's entry into force.
