According to CoinMeta, independent designer Marina Budarina accuses Kimi of renaming her interactive webpage Chimes to „Silk Atlas“ without permission, and including it in Kimi Swarm’s selected cases. Budarina claims that Kimi copied the page design, interactive effects, and copywriting without giving credit to the author. Chimes’s original website clearly lists her name and indicates the source of some of the physical effect codes. Many netizens said that when they saw this template before, they thought Budarina and Kimi were collaborating, and even mistakenly believed that the work was originally created using Kimi. As of now, Kimi has not made any public response.
