2026-07-30 19:13:06
According to CoinMeta, Hyperliquid founder Jeff announced on Discord that based on user feedback, in the next network upgrade, TWAP (time-weighted average price) orders will have a fixed minimum order nominal amount of 100 USDC, and will also support a maximum commission period of 1 week. The frequency of placing orders will be dynamically adjusted according to the order size and commission duration, and will no longer be fixed to once every 30 seconds. TWAP is a commonly used order splitting strategy in algorithmic trading, which allows large orders to be evenly split over time to reduce slippage.
