Trillion Energy Renamed to Dune Oil with a Focus on Turkish Oil

According to CoinMeta, Trillion Energy International Inc has announced that it will be renamed Dune Oil Corp in order to deepen its oil development and exploration activities in Turkey. The name change will take effect on August 4th, and the company's shares will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new ticker symbol “DUNE”. The company has also completed another portion of a non-underwritten private placement, issuing 1030,000 units at $0.15 each, raising $154,500. Additionally, nearly 1.1 million units were issued to settle $168,000 of outstanding debt. Each unit consists of one common share and half a warrant, which can be exercised within one year at a price of $0.25 per share. Trillion stated that the proceeds from the placement will be used for the contractual work plan of the M47 franchise, with $800,000 already paid for work commitments, as well as for auditing, investor relations, and general operating funds.
