Russia extends fuel export ban for 6 months

According to CoinMeta, on July 30, the Russian Federal Government announced that in order to stabilize the domestic fuel market, it decided to extend the export ban on gasoline, diesel, marine fuel, and light diesel for another six months, with the implementation period from August 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. At the same time, under the new regulations, starting from September 1, fuel production enterprises will no longer be subject to the ban on direct exports of diesel, marine fuel, and light diesel.
