According to CoinMeta, the Financial Services Commission of South Korea has completed the draft of the "Digital Assets Framework Act," proposing to include AI Agent payments within the regulatory framework, and to provide legal authorization for AI Agent payments regarding customer identity verification, division of payment responsibilities, cross-border transaction foreign exchange declaration, and programmable payment standards.
