According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, mortgage loan rates in the United States have risen to 6.66%, the highest level in a year. Michael McKee from Bloomberg discussed the Federal Reserve's decisions, the surge in long-term U.S. Treasury yields, and their impact on consumer interest rates in the "Bloomberg Real Returns" program. Due to the increase in yields, U.S. mortgage loan rates have reached a new high in 12 months.
