According to CoinMeta, NEAR Protocol has launched a feature that allows users to pay for model fees using NEAR by staking NEAR. Users do not need to bind a credit card to pay for confidential inference and the continuous operation of proxies. The staked NEAR is converted into calculation points that are calculated on a monthly basis, and the scale of these points increases with the amount of staked funds. The funds are not consumed and can be retrieved after the stake is released. All 43 models on NEAR AI (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) can be accessed through this staking mechanism.
