According to CoinMeta, Hong Kong-licensed virtual asset exchange HashKey Exchange announced the launch of a private credit tokenization product, ACRED, which is only available to professional investors. The product is issued by Securitize and is primarily allocated to diversified credit funds managed by Apollo Global Management. The underlying assets include corporate loans, asset-backed loans, and special opportunity credits, among others. Investors can use USDC to subscribe for the product, while redemption is conducted through a quarterly repurchase plan, with a limit of 5% of the fund's repurchase quota per quarter. Currently, ACRED cannot be transferred within the platform or withdrawn to external wallets.
