According to CoinMeta, on July 31, 2026, Liu Bin, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a meeting with Brunei's Minister of Transport and Information Communications, Riza; Togo's Minister of Digital Transformation, Lawson; Iran's Ambassador to China, Fazli; Sudan's Ambassador to China, Omar; and Vietnam's Acting Ambassador to China, Hoang Van Jun. During the meeting, they witnessed the signing of the "Agreement on the Establishment of a World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization" by the aforementioned countries. On the same day, Georgia's Ambassador to China, Kalandaze, and Tanzania's Ambassador to China, Sulaiman, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective governments. On July 30, Charles, Ambassador of Dominica to China, signed the agreement on behalf of the Dominican government.
