According to CoinMeta, Lite Strategy announced a repurchase of 4.9 million shares for $5.4 million, with funds coming from the sale of Litecoin and covered warrants. The company stated that this repurchase represents 13% of the total issued shares, at an average repurchase price of $1.11 per share. After the repurchase, Lite Strategy now holds 819,070 LTC, with a total of 31,882,648 shares issued. Of the repurchase funds, 11.87% came from the sale of Litecoin, and 1.13% came from income from covered warrants. The company mentioned that the goal of the repurchase is to increase the amount of Litecoin support per share, demonstrating how crypto asset companies manage the asset risk per share.
