According to CoinMeta, Ondo Finance is considering an acquisition deal worth $500 million, as its real asset market ( RWA ) has reached $36 billion. Ondo Finance successfully cleared all regulatory hurdles in the first half of 2026, closed the SEC investigation, and obtained FINRA authorization. It is now seeking acquisition targets and is expected to transform into a company that is closer to a financial conglomerate. The token of Ondo rose by about 6% after the news was released, with a market value of approximately $1.5 billion.
