According to CoinMeta, the prediction market platform Kalshi submitted a letter to the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals, stating that the lawsuit filed by the Attorney General of New York State would force Kalshi to go bankrupt and cease operations nationwide. The platform also sought an injunction to suspend the enforcement of New York State's gambling laws. However, the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Kalshi's request to suspend the enforcement of New York State's gambling laws during the appeal period.
