According to CoinMeta, Binance founder CZ stated on the X platform regarding a user attack on their wallet by Coldcard that Binance had suffered a loss of approximately $12 million years ago due to the use of a pseudo-random number generator, and the team took responsibility for compensating the users for that loss.
