According to CoinMeta, Hamas movement leader Khaled Meshaal stated that today's Israeli bombings of Gaza prove that that regime has never truly sought to reach an agreement. He said, "We have conveyed this message to the mediators, that Israel has no interest in reaching an agreement, and we have asked them to intervene on this matter." He also noted that as of now, Hamas has not received Israel's position regarding the second phase of the Gaza agreement. Before the start of the second phase of the Gaza agreement, Israel must fulfill its commitments.
