According to CoinMeta, Russian law enforcement authorities conducted surprise inspections of the offices of several cryptocurrency exchanges in Moscow to investigate a theft case involving 144 million rubles (about 1.8 million US dollars). Investigators suspect that the stolen funds were transferred through these exchanges and are also examining whether any employees were involved in the crime.
