According to CoinMeta, Alibaba's office solution “Qianwen Office” has launched its official website and opened login for individual users. This product integrates QoderWork, Wukong, and Mule, enabling users to access corporate information such as messages, group chats, schedules, to-dos, documents, knowledge bases, attendance records, and approval processes. Users can also set up scheduled tasks to allow Agent to automatically generate daily reports, weekly reports, or research briefings, which are then pushed to DingTalk. Qianwen Office supports the creation and editing of PPT, Word, Excel, and web pages, as well as images, audio, and video. The generated websites can be published directly and can be linked to domain names and integrated with databases. Alibaba has listed “Qianwen Office” as one of its strategic directions in the AI field. The Qianwen Office division will be responsible for both Qianwen Office and DingTalk, with the goal of becoming an enterprise-level AI productivity platform.
