According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, Luis Caputo, the economic advisor to Argentine President Javier Milei, entered the foreign bond market multiple times during his first tenure as an Argentine financial official, selling a total of over $40 billion in bonds, which led critics to label him as a "serial borrower." However, nearly three years into his second term, Caputo has yet to sell any bonds overseas.
