According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Reuters, the temporary agreement reached between Iran and Oman regarding the Strait of Hormuz grants Iran full control over all inbound shipping. Oman is only allowed to allow outbound vessels to pass after notifying Iranian officials. Senior Iranian sources indicate that it is unlikely for Iran to accept any other options besides this agreement.
