According to CoinMeta, Circle released its financial report for the second quarter of 2026, with a circulation of $73.3 billion, a year-on-year increase of 19%. During that quarter, the USDC on-chain transaction volume reached $14.8 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 151%. Circle's total revenue and reserve income for the second quarter were $701 million, with an adjusted EBITDA of $143 million, and the net profit from continuing operations was $48 million. Arc's public chain will go live on September 16th, with BlackRock, DTCC, Galaxy, Mastercard, Visa, and Circle serving as network validators. Circle has been approved by the US Federal Reserve to establish Circle National Trust and has also received approval from the New York State Department of Financial Services to set up Circle New York Trust. Circle Payments Network's annualized transaction volume over the past 30 days has increased to $14.7 billion, and the number of financial institutions connected has risen to 175.
