Circle names 11 founding validators for the ARC blockchain

According to CoinMeta, Circle announced the appointment of 11 founding validators for its ARC blockchain, including Blackstone, Visa, and Mastercard. Other validators include DTCC, Galaxy, Global Payments, ICE, MoneyGram, SBI Group, Standard Chartered Bank, and Sumitomo Mitsui Corporation. ARC is a layer-1 blockchain based on USDC, aimed at supporting institutional payments and tokenization of financial assets.
