According to CoinMeta, Jeremy Allaire, the founder and CEO of Circle, stated during the financial report conference call that Circle and Coinbase renewed their agreement under the existing terms, and USDC continues to maintain a core position within Coinbase's entire product ecosystem. Under the collaboration agreement signed in 2023, Coinbase is entitled to 100% of the interest income from USDC reserves on the platform, as well as 50% of the interest from other USDC reserves outside of the platform, with this agreement lasting for three years.
