According to CoinMeta, Payward (the parent company of Kraken) has announced a partnership with Broadridge, allowing eligible holders of xStocks to submit proxy voting intentions for the corresponding stocks. xStocks is issued by Backed and is aimed solely at qualified investors outside of the United States and the United Kingdom. The list of supported assets has been expanded to include Hong Kong-listed stocks through cooperation with fintech infrastructure provider GTN, with plans to further expand to markets such as the UK, Europe, and South Korea in the future. Broadridge will provide support for the digital asset infrastructure, including this product, wallets, and custody.
