According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Xinhua News Agency, Russian President Putin signed the country's first comprehensive cryptocurrency law, which establishes rules for exchanges, custody, mining, and investor access. Retail cryptocurrency purchases will be limited to 300,000 rubles per intermediary per year, while there are no restrictions for qualified investors.
