Bitcoin Stalls While Wall Street Prints a $2 Trillion Market Value

According to CoinMeta, despite the Wall Street stock market becoming active once again, driving the S&P 500 index up 3.12% this month and increasing its market value by about $2.1 trillion to a record $70.5 trillion, Bitcoin only rose by 2% this month, with a trading price of around $64,600. Analyst Adam Haeems pointed out that the rebound in the stock market was mainly driven by specific stocks, especially those related to artificial intelligence, while Bitcoin had little direct exposure to this. Although some macroeconomic factors, such as falling oil prices and hopes for normal flow through the Strait of Hormuz, were positive for all risk assets, they primarily benefited stocks. Haeems also mentioned that the supply of stablecoins has decreased, from approximately $190 billion in April to $183 billion, and from $79.5 billion to $72 billion, which also put pressure on the crypto market.
