According to CoinMeta, DeepSeek made its first investment in a robotics company, contributing 141 million yuan to acquire shares in Yushu Technology. Based on Yushu Technology's IPO strategic placement list, the operating entity Hangzhou Shenchi Qiuxue was allocated approximately 933,400 shares, worth about 141 million yuan, with a lock-up period of 36 months. This marks the first time that DeepSeek has directly appeared as a corporate entity in the strategic placement list of a robotics company. The issuance materials list Shenchi Qiuxue as an enterprise with a strategic cooperation relationship or long-term cooperation intention with Yushu. Both parties plan to collaborate in areas such as general artificial intelligence, AI large models, and high-performance robots, although the specific projects have not yet been disclosed. Yushu's issue price was 150.80 yuan per share, corresponding to an issued market value of about 61 billion yuan.
