According to CoinMeta, the People's Bank of China has continued to increase its gold holdings for the 21st consecutive month. As of the end of July 2026, its gold reserves reached 76.08 million ounces (approximately 23.66353 tons), an increase of 640,000 ounces (about 19.91 tons) from the previous month.
