Polygon: Stablecoin trading volume continues to grow, with strong performance in global payment chains

According to CoinMeta, Sandeep Nailwal, the founder of Polygon, stated that as funds are moved onto the blockchain, Polygon's influence continues to grow globally. Recently, Rio's stablecoin foreign exchange trading volume in Latin America has exceeded $3 billion, and this region also has the highest proportion of active stablecoin wallets. In addition, Polygon has ranked first in stablecoin transfers in the Asia-Pacific region for 14 out of the past 16 months, with JPY Coin having a trading volume of over $265 million on Polygon. Nailwal also mentioned that Polygon has performed exceptionally well in terms of global trading volume, with Polymarket achieving a single-market transaction amount of $4.2 billion during the World Cup without any issues. Recently, Polygon also released a technical upgrade, Ithaca, which further enhanced the reliability of the blockchain.
