Flash Trade: If no acquirer can be found, operations will be gradually halted.

According to CoinMeta, Wu said that the Solana perpetual contract platform Flash Trade has indicated that if no acquirer can be found, operations will be gradually halted. The team stated that this decision was not due to financial reasons, but rather due to a decrease in market participants, changes in industry direction, and the team's belief that the current risk appetite of the crypto market no longer aligns with their own operational philosophy. Flash Trade is seeking to sell its technology stack, brand, and intellectual property rights. The proceeds from the sale will be distributed proportionally among the holders of FAF; the team will not participate in the distribution, nor will their team tokens be included in it. The platform is still open for withdrawals, and the three-month delay in unlocking token pledges has been canceled. The specific shutdown arrangements will be further announced after the public AMA on August 10th.
