According to CoinMeta, SEC announced the withdrawal of insider trading lawsuits against Ontrak's founder, Terren Peizer, accusing him of avoiding a loss of $12.7 million by selling stocks before the client severed their relationship. Peizer was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison in 2025 but never served time, until Trump granted him a pardon in January.
