According to CoinMeta, SPCX shares rose nearly 16% on Friday, ending a four-week decline and closing at $133.11, just 1.4% away from their initial public offering price of $135. This rebound was fueled by strong quarterly revenue, upward revisions from analysts, and newly released Falcon images of lunar impacts. Despite the unlocking of 912 million shares held by employees and early investors on Thursday, the market responded positively, alleviating concerns about additional supply. SpaceX reported second-quarter revenue of $7.8 billion, a year-on-year increase of about 90%, and its quarterly loss was reduced to $541 million. Morgan Stanley analyst Adam Jonas raised his coverage rating for SpaceX to “overweight” with a target price of $300, while Argus upgraded its rating to “buy” after the financial report was released, setting a target price of $160.
