Global stock markets rise, oil prices remain stable, and a new shipping route agreement for the Strait of Hormuz is approaching

According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Reuters, global stock markets saw a slight increase on Monday, while oil prices remained stable after Iran indicated it was close to reaching a new shipping agreement with Oman. The pan-European STOXX 600 index rose by 0.1%, the US S&P 500 futures increased by 0.2%, and technology stocks on NASDAQ futures rose by 0.4%. Iran stated that the transportation agreement regarding the Strait of Hormuz has entered its final stages, but reiterated that the waterway will only be re-opened once other conditions are met by the United States. Brent crude oil prices saw minor fluctuations, currently at $83.50 per barrel, although they are still far below the peak of over $126 at the end of April. Overall, global stock indices rose by 0.1% on Monday.
