According to CoinMeta, stocks of chip device manufacturers rose on Monday, with ASML leading the gains, and application materials ( Applied Materials ) and Lam Research also seeing increases. The reason for this rise is that TSMC ( TSMC ) saw its revenue in July increase by 5.6% from the previous month, reaching approximately $14.51 billion, a year-on-year increase of 44.7%. Based on annualized data, from January to July 2026, TSMC's total revenue was about $89.11 billion, a 37% increase from the same period in 2025. TSMC is the world's largest chip manufacturer, and its business has flourished due to the surge in demand for semiconductors required for artificial intelligence. Last month, the company reported a record second-quarter revenue of $40.2 billion, a year-on-year increase of 36%, and raised its revenue growth forecast for 2026 to over 40%.
