According to CoinMeta, GnosisDAO has initiated a governance proposal GIP-152 to vote on whether to split Gnosis App into independent companies led by their respective original teams. This proposal has been launched on Snapshot, and voting will close on August 12th at 22:19 (UTC +8). A minimum of 75,000 votes are required for the proposal to take effect. Community members can vote through Snapshot to decide whether they support the separation of Gnosis App from the GnosisDAO ecosystem.
