According to CoinMeta, defenders from the Bitcoin Policy Institute and over 40 digital asset organizations are calling on leading AI laboratories to provide qualified open-source security researchers with controlled access to cutting-edge models in order to counter the increasingly powerful AI assisted network attack capabilities. The Bitcoin Alliance is requesting that AI laboratories grant controlled access permissions.
