Tron Q2 In 2026, USDT Transfers Reach $2.1 Trillion, Setting a New Market Record

According to CoinMeta, as reported by Messari, Tron processed $2.1 trillion in USDT transfers in the second quarter of 2026, with the stablecoin market reaching a record size of $89.2 billion. Among these, USDT accounted for $87.9 billion, which is approximately 98.5% of the network's stablecoins. The market share of Tron's stablecoins continued to expand, making it the largest carrier chain for circulating USDT. The report also noted that Binance.US resumed spot trading of TRX, Bitnomial added TRX to its regulated US market, and TRX opened up institutional staking access. Tron generated $699.4 million in network fees in the second quarter, representing a 15.9% increase from the previous quarter.
