According to CoinMeta, Wu said that he learned that the Russian Central Bank has released a draft rule for purchasing cryptocurrencies, which proposes to limit non-qualified investors to purchasing up to 300,000 rubles (approximately $3,645) in crypto assets per year through each broker, crypto exchange, or asset management institution. The currencies currently allowed for purchase include BTC, ETH, and USDT. The selection criteria include market capitalization, average daily trading volume, and at least five years of overseas price history.
