Central Banks: Expected that the monetary policy adjustments of major economies this round will be relatively modest

According to CoinMeta, the central bank released the China Monetary Policy Implementation Report for the second quarter of 2026, indicating that the adjustments to monetary policies by central banks of major economies this time are expected to be relatively mild. Since the beginning of this year, affected by factors such as the tense situation in the Middle East, international crude oil and commodity prices have risen temporarily, and inflation levels in major economies have generally increased. Recently, central banks of major overseas economies such as the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank have made adjustments to their monetary policies or shown a tendency to do so, which may have spillover effects on the global economy and financial markets. As of the end of July, among the central banks of major developed economies, those of Europe and Japan have already taken measures to raise interest rates, while the Federal Reserve has maintained its interest rates unchanged but has sent out hawkish signals. It is expected that the extent of these monetary policy adjustments will be relatively mild, and the impact may be less than in the past.
