It is expected that consumer prices will rise by 0.1% in July, compared to a decrease of 0.4% in June. Annual inflation is expected to slow from 3.5% last month to 3.4%. In early trading in Europe, the pan-European STOXX 600 index rose by about 0.2%. Asian markets also saw gains, with South Korea's KOSPI index rising by 3.7%. U.S. stock index futures also increased, with the S&P 500 rising by 0.3%.
