According to CoinMeta, the payment systems in the United States are undergoing significant changes. The circulation of stablecoins has grown from approximately $250 billion in July last year to over $310 billion today, representing an increase of nearly 25%. The "Genius Act" passed by Congress and President Trump last year established a federal regulatory framework for the future of the dollar to ensure its safe circulation. Nevertheless, national charter banks like Anchorage still face difficulties in directly accessing the Federal Reserve's payment system. The Federal Reserve is drafting new regulations to expand access to its payment system, and Congress is also considering relevant legislation.
