According to CoinMeta, AI supercomputing centers are forcing Bitcoin miners to seek alternative energy sources outside the traditional power grid. Nick Ward wrote in Bitcoin Magazine that this phenomenon is not a sign of Bitcoin's decline, but rather a long-term bullish reorganization of the global energy pricing structure. There are fundamental differences between Bitcoin miners and AI data centers in terms of physical and digital infrastructure; AI training clusters require high-quality electricity with extremely low latency, whereas Bitcoin mining is less demanding in terms of latency and location.
