According to CoinMeta, as cited by American tech media Wired quoting informed sources, the Trump administration will revise guidelines for artificial intelligence and expand the scope of regulation. The White House has established a framework for artificial intelligence that requires cutting-edge AI models developed by American laboratories to undergo federal government security testing before release. This framework currently only applies to closed-source models from companies such as Anthropic and OpenAI, but White House officials revealed that in the coming months, the framework will cover open-source models that reach the same level of advanced capabilities as Mythos models and GPT-5.6 models.
