According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Caixin News, American options market makers Haina International and Castle Securities have narrowed down the scope of insider trading in Futu Tiger Options to 47 accounts controlled by 45 individuals, with a total profit of $155 million. The majority of the individuals involved are located outside of the United States, with most residing in mainland China and Hong Kong, China. One person controlled three accounts, while some individuals made profits in the tens of millions of dollars, and the least profitable made hundreds of thousands of dollars.
