Hone wants to create an enterprise Agent control layer: a goal that runs continuously for several months
2026-08-13 18:34:09
According to CoinMeta, Hone has officially made its debut, with team members coming from Cognition, Mercor, Ramp, and OpenAI. Hone aims to build a long-term operating enterprise Agent system, where users only need to set one business goal, such as "reducing the new user churn rate to 8%." Hone will be responsible for splitting tasks, scheduling Agent, modifying the software, and making continuous adjustments based on enterprise data. Unlike ordinary Agent, Hone does not just execute a task once but works continuously around the same goal for several weeks or even months. Officials describe it as more akin to a Kubernetes rather than a chatbot. Currently, what is mainly released is the technical roadmap; the complete product, pricing, or verifiable long-term operation cases of Hone have not yet been announced, so the actual effects remain to be verified.
