According to CoinMeta, Yushu Technology announced that its application for a initial public offering of shares and listing on the STAR Market has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The final issue price was 150.8 yuan per share, with a total of 40.4464 million shares issued. The subscription payment for this issuance concluded on August 12, 2026. The final winning bid rate for online investors was 0.0181%, with online investors abandoning subscriptions for 8,734 shares, while offline investors abandoned no subscriptions at all. The number of shares abandoned by investors were fully underwritten by the sponsor (lead underwriter), with an underwriting amount of 1.3171 million yuan, accounting for approximately 0.02% of the total issuance size. The total costs of this issuance amounted to 182 million yuan.
