Bullish Announces 2026 Q2 Financial Results, with Digital Asset Sales Reaching $32.6 Billion

According to CoinMeta, the crypto exchange Bullish (New York Stock Exchange ticker: BLSH) announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026. During this period, the sales of digital assets amounted to $32.6 billion, with a net loss of $280 million. The adjusted revenue was $92.6 million, and the adjusted EBITDA was $29.5 million. Among these, revenue from subscriptions, services, and other sources reached a record of $62.7 million, driving an annual increase in adjusted revenue of 62%. In addition, the acquisition of Equiniti is progressing smoothly and is expected to be completed by the beginning of 2027. At the same time, Bullish has received approval from the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC), becoming one of the first fully regulated venues to offer secondary trading of issuer-sponsored tokenized securities.
