According to CoinMeta, a study by USENIX found that 65,340 cryptocurrency-related abuse addresses were associated with losses of $574.8 million, which mainly occurred on Ethereum and the BNB chain. In addition, researchers extracted over 16.3 million private keys from 63,004 GitHub repositories.
