According to CoinMeta, ByteDance has initiated a major reorganization of its business. The Lark product team will merge with the DouBao product team to form a new DouBao product team. Xie Xin, who is in charge of Lark, will now report to Zhao Qi, the person in charge of DouBao. Lark's sales, marketing, and customer service teams will be integrated into Volcano Engine, and the two parties will establish a new commercial organization called "Creativity Service Platform," which will be responsible for ByteDance's enterprise services such as maas and saas, under the leadership of Tan Dai from Volcano Engine. After the reorganization, Lark's existing products and services will remain unchanged. The DouBao Enterprise Edition, which was developed by the Lark team, is currently in beta testing with some Lark customers. This product can utilize Lark's document management, group chat, meeting, and enterprise knowledge features to continue performing complex tasks. Lark's core agent product has been renamed "DouBao Work Partner," and the names of related functions have also been adjusted.
