According to CoinMeta, Haizhu District in Guangzhou recently released the “Eight Measures for Lexemes” policy, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of lexeme production, service aggregation, and distribution centers. The policy covers various aspects such as application scenarios, opc cultivation, industry upgrading, financial services, and going global, basically covering the main stages of lexeme “production—circulation—consumption—value addition.” On the side of lexeme production, the policy encourages large model companies to improve the efficiency of lexeme production per chip through technical optimization. Eligible companies can receive support of up to 50% of their actual investment, with a maximum annual support of 1.5 million yuan per company. On the industrial platform side, the policy supports companies in conducting heterogeneous computing power lexeme packaging, multi-modal model aggregation and integration, one-stop settlement, and other services. Eligible companies can receive support of up to 4 million yuan, and it also supports the construction of lexeme call centers that integrate across models, modalities, and multiple heterogeneous platforms, with a maximum support of 4 million yuan as well.
