According to CoinMeta, data released by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) shows that as of April 30, 2026, a total of 5,517 listed companies had disclosed their annual financial reports for 2025. Among them, there were 3,201 companies on the main board, 1,397 on the GEM (Growth Enterprise Market), 608 on the STAR Market, and 311 on the Beijing Stock Exchange. Among the companies that disclosed their annual financial reports on time, 214 received non-standard audit opinions, 109 received unqualified opinions with emphasis of matter paragraphs or going concern paragraphs, 87 received qualified opinions, and 18 received disclaimer of opinion.
